The smoothing feature is used to smooth and soften skin, remove artifacts while preserving skin texture.
Amount - Determines how much to smooth the skin texture. Increase the Amount value to make the skin look smoother. A value of zero (0) turns off smoothing.
Fine/Medium/Coarse - Adjust the size of the details that smoothing is applied to. This is useful for skin texture control. Higher values produce cleaner skin but may also remove some skin details. Lower values preserve more skin texture details but may also keep some skin flaws. Negative values will sharpen the skin texture.
Balance - The Balance slider is used to control how much of the image shadows and highlights should be smoothed. When value is zero(0), the entire image is smoothed uniformly. Move the slider to the right will decrease the shadows smoothing amount, while to the left will decrease the highlights smoothing amount.
Portrait Size - Portrait Size slider is used to describe the proportion of portrait in the image. Appropriate portrait size can achieve the best smoothing results. Portrait Size can be automatically determined based on the face detection, and you can also adjust it manually.
Note: Double click a slider to reset it.
